The daughter of Tommy
Clayton, who toured with the group Sons of the Purple
Sage with the Lone Ranger, BethAnne has inherited quite
the genes from her very talented father. She began
singing four part harmonies with her sisters and parents
at the age of four and by fourteen there was a new
addition - a piano.
Self-taught, BethAnne began writing songs and performing
at charity events, telethons and talent shows, as well
as singing with her family in church. She was soon
discovered by WYNY, the country radio station in New
York, and she became their featured artist, performing
with such acts as Tracy Byrd, Ty Herndon, Chris LeDoux
and Marty Stuart to name just a few.
BethAnne currently works in conjunction with the new
country station in the Northeast, THUNDER 106.3 where
she and her band works with their promotion team at
events all around the area. She has most recently opened
up for the talented Jake Owen and is planning lots more
in the future.
BethAnne travels from her native New Jersey to
Nashville, Tennessee, committed to achieving her
life-long dream of being a performer and songwriter.
Following in the footsteps of people like Trisha
Yearwood, she began singing demos for the top
songwriters and publishing companies in town, while
continuing to write her own songs and create her own
unique style. She travels back and forth between
Nashville and New Jersey, continually singing demos for
top producers as well as putting on a great show for all
audiences. |

A natural talent, BethAnne can
play just about any instrument that you hand her.
But it's her love of singing that keeps her
actively performing in the studios and out on the
stage! She most often performs for thousands
annually, going nationwide
with her own band performing an energetic
blend of original Country and Rock music. Because
of her love of harmonies, BethAnne is also one of
four girls who make up the Nashville based group
“Queen of Hearts”. Queen of Hearts is the female
“Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young” and this group
keeps her musically satisfied for sure! She also
tours annually with "Holiday Express", a
non-profit organization on the Jersey Shore,
performing a Christmas show for the less fortunate
throughout the holiday season. |
BethAnne’s son
is also carrying on the tradition of many
generations of talent and is quite the lefty
bass player, as well as a stylish singer and
has even recorded an original song at the
age of 6!
Paul Thomas has joined her on stage
every chance he gets and has quite a little
resume at such a young age. Much more to
come from him!
With four self-released CDs and an
ever-growing list of believers, it's easy to
see why BethAnne Clayton is the real deal.
